this allows hwsdl-win32 to load more levels (skirmish, sp) instead of just the training level.

some code is FIXME'd in BTG.c

it must be noted that, it is possible that this workaround may only be needed when not using mingw gcc to compile.
If this turns out to be true (unknown currently) then the ifdef's should be updated to include _MSC_VER, so mingw can compile the code.
