Build erros on MinGW are fixed at r941. At r942, the game can also be launched successfully by specifying the /CDpath command-line option.

Notice that on Msys shell, command-line options should be provided as //Option (double-slash), because /Option is interpreted by shell as /the/absolute/path/of/your/msys/root/directory/Option. Also, because homeworld.exe is built as a Windows GUI program, we cannot see the output of stdout and stderr directly. If we want to see those output, we have to run the exe with the following command in cmd:

homeworld.exe ... 1>stdout.txt 2>stderr.txt

Although the game can be launched successfully and I can see the main menu and hear the music, I cannot enter the missions and play. The game automatically quits when it completes loading a level. It may takes me a hard time to debug.

The Linux build is tested on both 32 bit and 64 bit Debians. It still works. But I'm not able to test the Mac build because I don't have a Mac machine right now.
