After a hard time of debugging, I found that the game crashes in function btgRender when calling glDrawElements on btgTransVertex. The detailed crash location is in BTG.c:1307:

glDrawElements(GL_TRIANGLES, 3 * btgHead->numPolys, GL_UNSIGNED_SHORT, 0);


glDrawElements crashes because the vertex buffer objects (vboTransVerts and vboIndices) are not allocated and initialized before the calling. The allocation and initialization work is done in function btgConvertVerts. But the calling of btgConvertVerts has been removed by nova in r410 with the _WIN32_FIXME macro:

Nova has already mentioned this FIXME in a post (http://homesource.nekomimicon.net/sourceforum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=165). I don't know yet what the problem is if btgConvertVerts is called on Windows, but I will look into it.
