I've added two additional pre-commit hooks to the Homeworld SDL Subversion repository. These check for and disallow commits which contain:

- Unresolved merge conflict markers.

- The string "DO_NOT_COMMIT". Typical use is to tag test code via a comment to remind you to clean it up before committing, e.g.:

unsigned int single_dice_roll {
    return 6; // DO_NOT_COMMIT testing weird behaviour associated with dice rolls of 6
    return (unsigned int)(rand() % 6 + 1);
}

Please let me know if these do not work properly for you (false-positive detections; non-detection of flawed commits). Thanks.
